Details
Fitting kit containing the parts commonly required when replacing the thermostat housing on the T3 models with the early cooling system.
This kit does not contain the Thermostat Housing or Thermostat cover, both shown in related items below.
Kit contains the following items. Those marked with ‘*’ may not be required depending on application/other parts ordered.
For example the Gasket is included with the water pump we sell, so if changing the pump you wont need an extra gasket, Thermostat seal comes with a new thermostat, and the blanking plug is only required for Carb models. These can be removed (set quantity to zero) if not required.
*Thermostat Housing to Water Pump Gasket x1 (not required if buying new water pump)
Coolant Flange x1
Coolant Flange Gasket x1
M6 Set Screws for Coolant Flange x2
M6 Washers for Coolant Flange x2
M8x85 Bolt for Thermostat Housing to Water Pump x2
M8 Washer for Thermostat Housing to Water Pump x2
*Thermostat seal (not required if buying new thermostat)
M6x30 Set Screw for Thermostat Cover to Housing x1
M6x55 Bolt for Thermostat Cover to Housing x1
M6 Wavy Washer for Thermostat Cover to Housing x1
*M12 Blanking plug required when fitting to Carburettor models (not required for fuel injection models)
