Please be aware that we do not operate a counter service, if you would like to collect parts from the warehouse then please pre-order, pay and we’ll have your order ready for you when you arrive.
We do not take any payments of any kind on site, so to avoid disappointment please ensure that any items for collection are ordered before arrival.

Collections:
Collections are possible from our warehouse up to 16:00 Monday to Friday.
Big Shutter Door under the “S J Baxter” sign straight in front of you as you enter the yard.
If the shutter door is closed there is a small access door and bell to the left, someone will usually hear you enter or hear the bell.
In the rare occasion that there is nobody in the warehouse, there is an arrow on the sign above the shutter door directing you to “Reception”.
Telephone Calls:
We made the decision a few years ago to cease taking phone calls. Since then all our orders are dealt with through the webshop and all enquiries through email.
If you have a number you’ve been told is ours, it’s not. If you have googled “Brickwerks Phone Number” and found any kind of phone number listed, it’s not ours.
The best you will get if you try and call is a message telling you that we no longer take calls.
