Replacement fuel rail system for T3 Type 4 models with fuel injected engines.
Whilst we didn’t get those in the UK, there are models in Europe and also US imports

Price is Per Set of 4 Flow Matched Injectors with top feed bolt on fuel rail system. This system uses the latest and greatest EV14 Fuel Injectors. These are the same Bosch fuel injectors we use in our EV14 Hose End injector upgrade.

These are 100% Brand New Genuine Bosch Fuel Injectors that we have flow matched and modified specifically for Volkswagen Type 4 engines. These injectors are fully compatible with E85 and the Ethanol content in todays pump gas no matter where you are in the world.

The injectors themselves are truly the latest technology EV14 Bosch Fuel Injector with 4 hole spray pattern. This is an upgrade over the older Pintle Style injector such as Standard FJ18 AND over the Teal Monster and other EV1 injectors that had a 4 hole spray pattern advertised as EV14 “Nozzle”. Better atomization of the fuel results in:
-Smoother running engine
-Mid range pick-up
-Overall power increase over the tired old stockers.

  • 2x Anodized Top Feed rails with easy adapting to barbed fittings.
  • 4x Flow Matched Injector-Rehab EV14 Fuel Injectors specifically for Type 4.
  • 4x Straight AN Adapter for rail.
  • `4x 7M Hose Barb (5/16) – 90*.
  • 4x Hose Clamps

*Note** After roughly 100 sets of these rails going out into the wild, we took feedback from customers and made some changes to improve the design and meet the needs of the masses. Changes/Updates are as follows:
-We did away with the NPT thread fitting and replaced with an 0-ring based Port fitting
-Mounting bracket was changed to no longer have an adjustment slot. Too many people had a “concern” the adjustment would self adjust. While that was previously factored into the original design, we didn’t feel like dealing with the repeated question, so we did away with it. There is 1 height to the bracket now.
-Fitting kit is no longer an option, it is standard. There were almost zero customers that opted to assemble their own install kit. Those that did all came back to purchase it at a later date, so it is now part of the kit, standard.
-As always, while this is a plug and play kit, there may be slight modifications required based on your specific vehicle. We cant account for the mounting height or which pans or what’s bent or tweaked in your 40+yr old car or van. They obviously fit and work as there are plenty of examples running around. If yours is slightly off, we feel for you, but sounds like you will need to adjust something to achieve a perfect fitment.
