Aftermarket cylinder head for VW T4 models with 1.9l TD “ABL” engines.

There are 2 cylinder heads for this engine, The earlier version with 8mm valve stems and a later engine with 7mm valve stems.

This is the later 7mm valve stemmed version fitted to engines from engine number ABL 076 001 which is March ’96 onwards.

As the ABL wasn’t introduced until around 1996 in the UK then this is the most popular cylinder head for this engine.
