Small metal L shaped bracket that fits between the right hand sliding door and the sliding door roller on all VW T4.

Now, small gotcha here, there was an earlier version of the sliding door lower roller that was discontinued in 1998 and that had a different bracket, the roller is no longer available so the way to fix that is to use this bracket and a new, later style roller guide and convert your van to the later style.
