Details

Anyone with electric windows will likely know the sound of the window tapping on the switch wiring as the window goes up or down.
VW crammed a load of heavy gauge wiring into a small area on the door and expect a couple of cable ties to keep it all in order.

These moulded pockets serve 2 purposes. They keep the wiring away from the moving glass and the keep water away from the switches.

Supplied in a 2 piece kit, one left and one right. They are designed to be a tight fit in the door.
To fit, you can either cut a hole in the bottom and remove the plugs from the wiring to feed it through before re-connecting, or cut a slot from the front face to meet the hole to enable the wires to be threaded in without removing the plugs.
