Brand new propshaft universal joint for VW T3 syncro with original VW propshaft.

Please be aware that from the factory there were 2 propshaft variants.

  • 1.9l WBX propshafts did NOT have the rubber donut and the UJ’s are staked in meaning that they aren’t replaceable.
  • 1.6TD and 2.1l WBX syncro have a rubber donut and UJ’s that are held in with circlips, these joints can be replaced.

This UJ can be used on the propshafts with the rubber coupling as fitted to 1.6TD and 2.1l WBX

Please also note this UJ comes with clips and a grease nipple, you need to remove the old grease nipple blanking plug from your old UJ and fit it to the new one.

If for any reason you don’t have the blanking plug you can order one and a sealing washer in the related items below.
