Details
Late Tailgate Lock for non central locking T3 models from August 1983 (in the 1984 model year) onwards with the larger Diameter Lock.
Fitted from VIN: WV2 ZZZ (24/25) Z E (G/H) 005 434 (August ’83)
Supplied with 2 new VW keys.
Does NOT have the 3rd position for Central Locking.
Supplied to you as it was supplied from VW, without the black plastic cap, please swap your original cap over, they are unavailable new.
As this is a genuine VW lock barrel it can be reset to your original key and this is a service that we offer to our customers.
If you still have the original VW ignition barrel then we can make this barrel match your key.
