VW T3 Side Window Seal, Best quality aftermarket seal from Germany.

This is the seal for the rear most side windows and is ambidexterous so it will fit either side.

Also suits the Opening (sliding) window fitted to some models as well as Multivan/Westfalia models with the vented rear windows and also vehicles with double glazing

This seal does NOT have the extra channel for chrome trim.

For owners of UK converted camper vans please read to save yourself a load of time and money.

Most UK converted campervans were basic panel vans, they were imported with no windows and no seat belt mounting points in the rear compartment from the factory, holes were then cut in to the vehicle body and windows fitted, generally smaller that the original VW windows.

These widow seals for sale on this page are for VW FACTORY FITTED windows, they are not for converted panel vans.

The windows on converted panel vans were installed with a universal window seal know in the trade as “Claytonrite”. it is impractical for us to stock Claytonrite as there is a bewildering array of different sizes to suit different panel thicknesses, different glass thicknesses, different gaps between the body and the glass.
If you have a van with claytonrite seals then you will need to measure your old seal and match it up to one of the plethora of online sellers of such stuff, just google it, you’ll see!

You will also need to buy a suitable locking strip to match it which is installed with something called a “diamond lacing tool”.
