Diesel injector line for first generation 1.9l TDI engines.

Fitted to a plethora of VW group models between 1992 and 2000 and even as late as 2008 on industrial motors.

Listed as fitting the following engine codes.

• 1.9TDI “1Z” – 90hp
• 1.9TDI “AFN” – 110hp
• 1.9SDI “AEY” – 64hp
• 1.9 TDI “AHU” – 90hp
• 1.9 TDI “ALE” – 90hp

There appears to be 2 distinct different sets for these engines, this pipe is for the earlier iteration.

Cylinder 1, 028 130 301 F supersedes to 021 820 301 M

Cylinder 2, 028 130 302 F supersedes to 021 820 302 M

Cylinder 3, 028 130 303 G supersedes to 021 820 303 N

Cylinder 4, 028 130 304 F supersedes to 021 820 304 N

The dates at which the pipes change from one set to another doesn’t appear to be clear cut, we suggest checking the parts catalogue for your particular vehicle and engine code before buying if you aren’t 100% sure of fitment.

Please note that this item is from the aftermarket. Although made for us by an OEM to VW, the pipe may need slight tweaks and adjustments to get them to fit perfectly.

Diesel injector lines need clamping, we will not honour warranty returns if there is no evidence of a pipe clamp being fitted, missing clamps are the single most common reason for Diesel injection pipe failure.
