Head Gasket for VW 5 Cylinder 2.5 TDI Engines.

There are 3 different gaskets used on these engines, 1 notch being the thinnest, 3 the thickest.

Please make sure you order the correct gasket by measuring your piston protrusion and using the table below.

1 Notch 0.8mm to 0.9mm

2 Notch 0.9mm to 1.0mm

3 Notch 1.0mm to 1.1mm

PART ORIENTATION

If a part is described as being “Left” or “Right” it means on which side of the vehicle the part is to be fitted in relation to being sat in the vehicle facing forwards.
