Due to the AWS Service Disruption widely reported in the news today then we’re having a few wobbles here too.
Although we do not directly use AWS ourselves it seems some of our service providers do!
Orders are being received and packed although we’re having a hard time creating shipping labels.
We do have some back up systems which we can use but they aren’t as streamlined as what we usually use and it is taking much longer to process orders than we’d like.
Obviously these delays are having a knock on effect with what we can realistically get out of the door today.
As usual with unforeseen circumstances like this rest assured we’re doing what we can to keep orders flowing but these may be a short delay in your order leaving.
Systems do seem to be coming back online now.
We’re doing everything possible to make sure orders leave on time.
