Following on from our previous post, we have made some changes to our webshop.
We have added a minimum order amount for customers in the EU to the webshop of €150 (~£140) to allow us to continue to sell spare parts to EU countries.
Orders above the £140 threshold will be shipped just as we did in the past using the old rules (if we have read the new rules properly?!)
There is a sweet spot between €150 and €1000 (Approx £128 to £855 at the time of writing) where export and import into your own country should be reasonably simple.
As always we will send packages under the “DAP” incoterm meaning that the customer is liable for any import duty, tax and disbursement fees.
We have set the threshold a little higher to allow for exchange rate fluctuations.
